Laughing frequently during the day can keep you healthy
By Staff Writer | November 14Adults laugh, on average, 17 times a day. That's about six minutes a day. Isn't that scary? If that doesn't terrify you, I don't know what will.

To say I'm not excited that Winter Break is right around the corner would be a lie. No clever clich?© needed, it would just be a total, lie.
It is evident that New Jersey was not prepared for Hurricane Sandy. It does not matter how many press conferences Governor Christie gives or how many times it is said that the utility companies are "working very hard" -- that all means nothing when faced with the reality of the situation.
Kevin Willard finally has his team. For the first time in his three year stint at the Hall, every player that is on the roster was someone he brought into the program. To some this might not be a big deal, but it is time to see what Willard wants to do as the Pirates' coach. If you want to judge Willard as a coach, this is the year you can start, not worrying about the previous two seasons.
10. Oprah Winfrey versus Tyra Banks
As students and faculty wrap up their first week back in classes since Hurricane Sandy pounded the east coast with severe winds and heavy downpours, moods are solemn on campus. Many students have experienced or heard of tragedies related to the storm.
Meeting new people and knowing what and what not to say about politics, religion or even one's lifestyle is always a sensitive matter.
When the Nets announced that they were moving to Brooklyn, I was a little more than just sad. Basketball has always been the one and only sport I enjoy, and being born and raised in New Jersey with a dad who has been a Nets fan since the '80s, it was the only logical fit.
With a little less than week to go until Halloween, I cannot help but feel a slight twinge of stress in my stomach. Not only does Halloween signify a time where all professors seem to enjoy giving a barrage of assignments, mixed with a few pieces of candy to trick our minds by way of our stomachs, but it is also my least favorite holiday.
With Halloween coming next week, The Setonian staff urges all students who are looking to head off campus to enjoy the holiday, to be smart in making decisions. You should always take the utmost precautions when leaving the gates, but this week even more should be done to protect yourself.
10. "It"
When I first heard that Midnight Madness was finally coming back for my senior year, I could not wait to attend.
Now that Fall Break has come and gone, and everyone has returned home from their extended weekends just to be sent right back in to the swing of college, I've realized that Seton Hall is beginning to hold a homely feeling to it.
According to my countdown, there are 67 days until Christmas. Aren't you excited?
The arrival of Dunkin' Donuts has created a lot of buzz on campus, and students have flocked to the eatery in large numbers. More and more, we see students carrying Dunkin' Donuts cups and bags as they enter the library, their respective classes and even the cafeteria. Dunkin' Donuts is definitely the hot place to eat on campus right now.
I have always wondered why people constantly complain about their community service requirements. As a resident of Turrell Manor, I would ask friends who were sick of living on campus why they would not try moving into Turrell. The answer nine times out of 10 would be because they did not want to complete the 20-hour service requirement each semester.
Now that fall break has come and gone and everyone has returned to school from their long weekend, I realized just how much Seton Hall has transformed me.
