Seton Hall welcomes Fulbright scholar to teach AI and Law course

Legal scholar and attorney Dr. Davide Tuzzolino was appointed as Seton Hall’s 2026 Fulbright Scholar last month, and is slated to teach IDIS 2222: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Law this semester. Tuzzolino, currently a practicing lawyer in Rome, brings extensive experience and research in AI and data protection.

Lawyer tied to Epstein oversaw Seton Hall McCarrick review

Kathryn Ruemmler, former White House counsel to Barack Obama and current top lawyer at Goldman Sachs, was brought in by the law firm Latham & Watkins in 2018 to review investigations into allegations that former Archbishop of Newark, Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, had sexually harassed seminarians at Seton Hall’s Immaculate Conception Seminary School of Theology (ICS). At the same time, and for years prior, Ruemmler was in frequent communication with convicted sex offender, human trafficker and financier Jeffrey Epstein.
