The Seton Hall women’s basketball team defeated Philadelphia University 86-64 on Saturday in preseason action.
Senior Andrew LoManto was able to propel the Seton Hall Pirates to a 1-0 win with his 56th minutes goal in Thursday night’s victory over the St. John’s Red Storm.
The Seton Hall Pirates men and women’s swimming and diving teams will head to Piscataway on Friday to begin competition at the Rutgers Tri-Meet at Rutgers University.

The Seton Hall Pirates men and women’s swimming and diving teams will head to Piscataway on Friday to begin competition at the Rutgers Tri-Meet at Rutgers University.
The men’s cross country team finished ninth at the Big East Championships in Indianapolis. The Pirates were led by sophomore Victor Ricci, who posted a time of 26:34.2 in the 8k, which is good for 58th place. For the second straight year, Ricci was the top runner for blue and white at the conference meet.
On Saturday, the Seton Hall women’s swim and diving team dominated their Big East rival Providence in their home debut.

The Women’s Soccer team will wrap up the season on Friday, Oct. 31, when they take on the Georgetown Hoyas at home.
While many of the fall sports teams have struggled to stay relevant, Seton Hall’s men and women’s swimming and diving team have kept on winning. The Pirates will host Big East-rival Providence on Saturday as they look to continue their early success.
