Seton Hall's comeback falls short against Marquette

Following a turnover-filled first half, Seton Hall had a lot of work to do if it wanted to overcome a 10-point halftime deficit. The Pirates came out of the gate strong in the second half and nearly came all the way back, but it was not enough to down No. 21 Marquette in the end.

Pirates defeat Johnnies in Big East Opener

In an intense Big East opener, the Seton Hall women’s basketball team claimed a 77-67 victory over St. John’s at Walsh Gymnasium on Sunday afternoon. The win keeps the Pirates unbeaten at home after seven games and opens their Big East campaign with a win in a key rivalry game.

Pirates complete comeback effort before Big East

On Friday, the Seton Hall women’s basketball team was able to complete an impressive comeback effort, as they defeated UNC Greensboro, 71-64, in the last non-conference game of the season. The win wrapped up the West Palm Beach Invitational for the Pirates, as they went 1-1.
