SAB could have made better choices

I remember the first time it really hit me. Sophomore year was almost officially over and I had one final left before completely immersing myself in the self-loathing process that is packing up my entire room after living on campus for another year. My mom called me and said something along the lines of “just think about it, you’re almost halfway done with college.”
Every American life was shaken by the September 11 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center. War, danger and fear seemed closer than they had ever been since Pearl Harbor. For young children living in the northeast, it was traumatizing. When the 9/11 attacks happened, most of us were around nine years old, an age where it seemed nothing could hurt us.
Hey Giants and Jets fans, I know what you are all thinking—“The 2014 season can’t possibly be any worse than 2013 right?”
There aren’t many more remarkable experiences than taking the 8:07 p.m. train from New York City and getting off in the small village of South Orange less than an hour later. It’s a daunting change of scenery for a Midwesterner like me, and the two places--the big city and the small village-- couldn’t be more different. The King is returning to his throne. Four years after leaving the city of Cleveland, a town that has not had a championship in 50 years, Lebron James told Sports Illustrated that he has decided to come back to the Cavaliers, who he played for from 2003 to 2010.
At 7:34 pm on Wednesday night, Lebron James parted ways with Miami Heat president Pat Riley, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports.
It's Sunday evening. Curtains up: Cue me, in a cardigan and sweatpants, dark hair tied into a loose bun that screams "this is my last week of classes ever." Yesterday's mascara is making a sad attempt to keep me looking awake. Somehow my bed is neatly made, but there's a half-eaten chocolate bunny at the foot. My thesis papers and reporter notebooks are everywhere. I have a final-round job interview first thing in the morning. Sheesh.
Last spring, students attended a popular combination of GrooveBoston and a concert from artist B.O.B.
Many Catholic grade schools require uniforms. Non-Catholic private schools often require them as well. Some public schools even try to enforce a uniform policy.
It's hard to put these last four years into words, but I will say this; I am who I am today because of Seton Hall.
I can honestly say that choosing to attend Seton Hall was one of the best decisions I've made in my life.
Does someone just wake up and think "I really wanted to have a food fight in high school, but never did" or "What can I vandalize today?"
Who are you living with next year? Are you living on-campus? Where are you living? Have to talked to a realtor?
I hadn't even meant to apply to Seton Hall. I wasn't really even planning on attending college.
After hearing platform proposals from both of the Student Government Association 2014-2015 Presidential candidates, The Setonian editorial board will endorse the Hoff- man/Kane ticket for the election.
