The second suspect in the death of Seton Hall sophomore Jessica Moore was arraigned in the Essex County Veterans Courthouse on Wednesday.
Marcus Bascus, 19, pleaded "not guilty" to murder and weapons charges.
His attorney, Clifford Lazzaro, entered the plea in front of the Honorable Judge Petrolli, who was filling in for Judge Peter J. Vazquez.
Lazzaro said that Bascus had no role in the shooting and that he did not attend the East Orange party.
