Women's streak goes to seven with loss to DePaul

Despite playing to a 17 point comeback in the second half to take a late lead, the Pirates were unable to hold off DePaul, losing 73-69 on Tuesday.

This is the Hall's seventh straight loss overall, sixth in conference.

Forward Kandice Green led the Pirates in their seventeen point comeback by scoring 23 points in the game.

Guard Ebonie Williams accounted for 18 of her own points to go along with six rebounds.

Seton Hall shot just 42.6 percent from the floor in the game, but shot 82 percent from the free throw line.

The Blue Demons were led by guard Sam Quigley. She scored a game high 25 points in the win.

De Paul forward Katherine Harry tallied a double-double in the game, scoring 12 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.

DePaul shot just 37.5 percent from the floor and only 12.5 percent from beyond the arc.

The Pirates return to action on Saturday when they host Cincinnati at Walsh Gym. Tip-off is set for 2 p.m.
