Change means a new approach, and as the new head coach for the women’s soccer team, Ciara Crinion understands that her ideas may not be the same as former coach Rick Stainton’s. Each coach has a different belief of how to conduct his or her program, and that is why Crinion is fully aware of her culture shock to the team.
After final exams ended last May, the more than 5,000 members of Seton Hall’s student body went in different directions. Some returned home to other states or countries, many spent the summer months at jobs or internships, and others got some much-needed rest and relaxation. For the men’s basketball team, however, summer was just another season in the yearly grind of being a Div. I athlete. In addition to the usual summer league circuit and practice sessions in the rec center, the basketball team spent 10 days in Italy from Aug. 7 - 16.
The 2019 Seton Hall volleyball squad opened up its fall campaign at the Morgan State Invitational this past weekend, the first of four tournaments which the team will play during the year before entering into conference play near the end of September.
