Volleyball wins first two Big East matches

The Seton Hall volleyball team opened Big East play this weekend with two victories at home, extending their winning streak to ten matches, the longest in program history. The two wins bring the Pirates record to 13-1 (2-0 Big East).

Kruse wins, leads team to second

On a day when golf conditions were not ideal, the Seton Hall women's golf team finished second, by one stroke, to St. John's with sophomore Alison Kruse taking home an individual title at the St. John's Intercollegiate on Tuesday.

Tennis takes three titles

The Seton Hall tennis team won three individual events and had a fourth representative in a final at the 2012 Quinnipiac Invitational this weekend.

Volleyball wins home tournament

The Seton Hall Pirates volleyball team won the Seton Hall University Invitational this weekend hosted in Walsh Gymnasium, beating both the Stony Brook Sea wolves, 3-2, (25-21, 23-25, 25-22, 14-25, 15-11) and the Morgan State Bears 3-0 (25-13, 25-17, 25-19) and increasing their season record to 11-1.

Hall needs 'organization' against Hawks

After being outscored 11-1 at the Old Dominion Tournament last weekend, the Pirates prepare for a home game against in-state foe No. 19 Monmouth University and travel for a match against the University of Delaware.

Coming hot out of the gate with the team's most successful start since 1996, the volleyball team hosts its own invitational tournament this weekend.
