Most TV shows either end up canceled before getting the chance to go out on their own terms, or they end up running so long that the quality declines and by the time they end, former fans of the TV show don't care about it. Luckily for "30 Rock", NBC has planned for this season to be the last, so Tina Fey and company have plenty of time to work towards a satisfying ending. The show has come off of a string of solid seasons and the premiere of the seventh and final season doesn't disappoint.
With the CW's "Gossip Girl" beginning its final season, people in America are excited for one of two reasons: fans will get answers, or, for non-fans, the show will finally be over. As with most shows targeted for teen audiences, the writing and the acting are far from top notch. The final season premiere of "Gossip Girl" was definitely not impressive enough to add viewers, though current fans are likely to stick with it until the end.

From catchy-country to prominent-pop songs, Taylor Swift's tunes have at one point or another engrained themselves in almost everyone's heads. Her previous transition from country queen to pop princess gave her a much bigger audience. The cross-over radio hits she's known for gained her listeners in both the country and pop genres. Seemingly this would be a good thing, but with new singles like "We are Never Ever Getting Back Together," she may be losing the interest of her country-leaning admirers.
