As one of the most popular hip-hop artists on Kanye West's GOOD Music label today, Pusha T is no rookie to the game. As one half of the popular collective Clipse, Pusha and his brother Malice had a firm grasp on the hip-hop scene in the early part of the 2000s.

Say No' to new Yellowcard album

While the pop-punk band Yellowcard's most recognized and beloved songs, "Ocean Avenue" and "Only One" are still blasted by fans, their newest album, "When You're Through Thinking, Say Yes," seems to lack the magic of past efforts.

Happy Holi!'

Spectators at the Pirate softball game last Saturday saw a strange sight coming out of Ivy Hill Park. Students covered from head to toe in brightly colored dust and smears. Nineteen Seton Hall students, including myself, got together to celebrate the Indian tradition of Holi, put on by Youngistan, Seton Hall University's Hindi Language Club.

As if scoring an internship was not hard enough, there is the added stress of what to wear to an interview. However, figuring out what to wear to an interview does not have to be so hard. Bright Eyes shines at Radio City

For over a decade and a half, Conor Oberst, the leader of Bright Eyes, has adopted and shed numerous identities: the emo adolescent, punky radical, folky activist and mystic and even Christmas caroler—though a forlorn one, at that. On the second night of consecutive sold-out shows at Radio City Music Hall, Oberst acknowledged his music's many faces, playing songs spanning his entire career.

Adapting a classic: Romance in the Eyre

It may seem impossible to capture the magnitude of a 624 page novel in a 115 minute long film, but director Cary Joji Fukunaga has certainly come close with her adaptation of "Jane Eyre."

Real Ireland

Often the mere mention of Ireland conjures images of green rolling hills, expansive farms, comforting pints and friendly people—perhaps our own contemporary Tír na nÓg of Irish mythology. Indeed, many of the Irish-focused localities in America, such as Irish pubs, organizations or products, focus upon these conceptions of Ireland. One need look no further than the popularity of céilí dancing, the large number of Irish American organizations, the fervor of St. Paddy's Day celebrations, or the increasing patronage of Irish pubs.

Disney vs. Dreamworks

For a significant portion of this generation's childhood, Disney has been the be-all, end-all of entertainment in regard to animation. Many of us of can navigate through the sea of memories of our childhood with the help of characters like Ariel the mermaid and Buzz Lightyear. It was not until the turn of the new millennium that the tides began to flow in favor of a new animation studio.

Western redefined in 'Rango'

Westerns typically conjure images of actors like Clint Eastwood and John Wayne--not so much an animated chameleon. While Eastwood and Wayne shaped the classic image of the American cowboy, on March 4 that image may change in the minds of some with the release of "Rango."

MTVU gives musicians Woodies

Although this year's Grammy's have passed, there are still a number of musical acts hoping to gain recognition and possibly even some awards. The college-geared offset of MTV, mtvU, will host their annual awards show, the Woodie Awards, in order to showcase the artists that the Grammy's overlooked.
