Seton Hall announced on March 18 that students will continue remote learning for the rest of the Spring 2020 semester in response to the growing threat of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Latham & Watkins, the law firm that was retained to perform the investigation found that McCarrick created a “culture of fear and intimidation that supported his personal objectives” and that he used his platform to sexually harass seminarians at both the Immaculate Conception Seminary and St. Andrew’s Seminary at Seton Hall University.
