'Back to the Future’ day brings DeLorean to SHU

[caption id="" align="alignnone" width="368"] SAB's Twitter[/caption] Fire up the engine and put on your time traveling shoes! On Friday, Oct. 23, Seton Hall University dedicated #FlashbackFriday to a vehicle that goes beyond cross-country. Not pioneered in any of SHU’s academic corridors, but adored on the big screen. YES! A replica of the DeLorean from “Back to the Future,” which was featured on “The Today Show” and signed by cast members rolled out to the Green to celebrate the day when Marty and Doc went back to the future. Brought to you by the Student Activities Board (S.A.B), the moment in movie history was commemorated with a viewing of “Back to the Future 2” and a trivia show with cool, or should we say rad, prizes. Students were welcomed to sit in the driver’s seat to snap a photo in the famed vehicle. Michelle Foti can be reached at michelle.foti@student.shu.edu
