Crew transfers to the Hall

The Seton Hall women's basketball program has announced that Northeastern guard Jasmine Crew has transferred to the university.

Originally from Camden, Crew attended Camden Catholic. There she led the team to a state championship in 2005-2006 and a state finals appearance the following year.

While at Northeastern, Crew started 29 games in her sophomore campaign, leading the team with 13.2 points per game, to go along with 3.9 assists per game.

We are very excited to welcome Jasmine to our program," head coach Phyllis Mangina said. "She is an outstanding player who has proven that she can produce at this level."

Due to NCAA restrictions, Crew will sit out the 2009-2010 season.
