Hall grabs five more recruits, veteran players remain
Major changes have come upon the women’s basketball team following the worst Big East season in team history. The most notable change is Anne Donovan being named the new head coach of the program, taking over for Phyllis Mangina after 25 years at the position.

The women’s volleyball team rallied back in its opening match of the Tribe Invitational last weekend to secure a win before dropping the following two games to open the season at 1-2. The Pirates found themselves down two sets 2-0 against host school William and Mary before sweeping the last three sets for a 3-2 (25-27, 22-25, 25-22, 25-17, 15-9) victory in their first match.
The fifth addition of the 2010-2011 men's basketball recruiting class is recent Ole Miss graduate and guard Eniel Polynice. Today Kevin Willard announced that Polynice has signed a nation letter of intent to attend Seton Hall University and will be eligible to play for the Pirates this year due to a waiver from the NCAA.
Englishman Geramipoor joins Willard's first recruiting class
The Seton Hall men’s basketball team added another piece to the puzzle last week with the signing of 6-foot-11-inch Englishman Aaron Geramipoor of the Canarias Basketball Academy to a national letter of intent for the 2010-11 season. The 225 pound frontcourt addition will be the second recruit from the Canary Islands prep school for new head coach Kevin Willard.
Donovan: Ashmeade will "thrive" at Seton Hall
The Seton Hall women’s basketball team recently acquired transfer Tarjay Ashmeade, a 6-foot-3-inch junior center, for the upcoming season. New men's basketball coach announces two signings for the fall
Only one day before the spring signing period ended, Seton Hall continued making off-season strides by signing Patrik Auda and Anali Okoloji, head coach Kevin Willard announced this past Friday. Auda, a 6-foot-9 native of Brno, Czech Republic, spent the last year playing at the Canarias Basketball Academy in the Canary Islands.
