Desi Rodriguez to play for Los Angeles Clippers summer league team

Former Seton Hall stars Desi Rodriguez and Angel Delgado days as teammates are not over just yet. After not being selected in the 2018 NBA Draft, both Delgado and Rodriguez have agreed to terms with the Los Angeles Clippers. Delgado inked a two-way deal with the team, while Rodriguez has agreed to play for the Clippers' summer league team. https://twitter.com/AdamZagoria/status/1010023098425307137 As a senior, Rodriguez starred for Seton Hall, averaging 17.5 points per game on 49 percent shooting from the field and 38 percent from beyond the arc. However, Rodriguez was limited towards the end of the season, as an ankle injury suffered against Providence hampered the Bronx, New York native down the stretch. A high school teammate of former Seton Hall star Isaiah Whitehead, Rodriguez arrived in South Orange as one of the less-heralded members of the 2014 recruiting class that helped the program return to national relevance. With each passing season playing for coach Kevin Willard, Rodriguez continued to improve and eventually reached the 1,000-point plateau in his junior year. Rodriguez finished with career averages of 12.8 points per game and 4.9 rebounds per game.
