The Pirates find themselves with a record of 0-2 to start the 2015 season.

Alyssa Zurlo of the Dukes scored the first goal of the afternoon in the 11th minute to give her team a 1-0 lead over Seton Hall. Allie Bunner then scored an unassisted goal in the 16th. The Dukes continued their scoring in the second half as Zurlo scored her second goal of the afternoon in the 68th minute – her third of the young season. The other two goals came from Colleen Gawkins and Chessa Ramirez.

The Pirates have struggled to find goals through their first two games as they were only able to put one in the back of the net on Sunday. That goal came from senior Amanda Gulli. Senior defensemen, Emily Hansinger, along with Gulli were named to the All-Tournament team for their performances this weekend.

The Hall’s next game will be at La Salle University at 5 p.m. on Thursday as the Pirates will play their third of four road games to kick off the season. La Salle has yet to play this season.
