Label destinations one designer at a time

Now is the time to explore, embrace spontaneity and travel to new places. Of course, you need the perfect hashtag #ootd for every destination and with that comes the perfect labels.

Destination one: class. Going to class in pajama pants is so freshman year. It’s time to pick your head up and dress up even when the workload is weighing you down. Jessica Simpson offers fun and trendy looks for girls including bold patterned pants, sweaters and sweater dresses, jumpsuits and baby doll dresses that will have you looking classy for class. For guys, Ralph Lauren Polo has colorful sweaters (V-neck and quarter button-ups), polos, t-shirts and long sleeve tees that will have you looking bright and cheery even for that 8 a.m.

Destination two: after class. Hopping on a train into the City or staying local around South Orange? Guess is the one stop shop for both you and your date. Mini dresses, denim, blouses, luxury shorts and pencil skirts for her and button ups, V-necks, denim and jackets for him will make for a fabulous pair. Destination three: no class. If you’re hanging out in your dorm during a snow day or snagging a cubicle in the library, then lounge wear is a college essential. PINK yoga attire, sweatpants, sweatshirts and tees are cute and comfy. And as for the guys, Under Armour shorts, sweatshirts, tees and thermals make for a well put together athletic look.

Destination four: home for the weekend. Although university life can be fun and exciting, it is sometimes difficult to fight the feeling of homesickness closing in on you. That weekend bag is essential. Vera Bradley and Herschel are all over campus, but they can leave the gates too. Vera’s bright patterned totes in various shapes and sizes are sure to fit all your weekend essentials and for guys, the Herschel duffle in a variety of patterns and hues provide plenty of room for those bulky winter clothes.

Destination five: the accessory shop. Sure, a smile can help an outfit, but you’re never fully dressed without accessories. For shoes, Steve Madden has got you covered. From sneakers for both guys and girls to pumps, wedges for a glamour look for the lady Pirates and oxfords and loafers for a finished look for him. As for that arm candy, a Michael Kors watch in silver, gold or rose gold with rhinestones or colorful faces are fit and functional with any outfit for any destination.

Destination six: Spring Break. As you countdown the days on your calendar to spring break, be sure to be getting that vay-cay wardrobe ready. Lily Pulitzer is set to launch a collaboration with Target this spring and this collection is sure to have you feeling a calm and cool vibe. Label fanatic or no brand stylist, styling your destination outfits is sure to make each adventure even more fabulous.
