Get in shape with these kick-butt gym playlists

Motivation. Endurance. Rhythm. Whether it is leg day or cardio day, everyone needs the right tune and beat to keep their workout going strong. While head-banging music can really get some people going, it can make others fall off the treadmill. For a fun and fulfilling work out, create a gym playlist that provides you with the sense of self that will allow you to thrive in the weight room.

For a confidence boost, Meghan Trainor’s hit “All About That Bass” will allow you to walk on that treadmill like royalty whether you’re a “size two” or not.

If you want to kick your workout into gear, SKRILLX should make its way onto your playlist with “BANGARANG.” This beat will push you to the next level and give you the energy surge you need.

However, maybe you are looking for something to give you more drive in your step as you run. Eminem’s “Till I Collapse” can help you increase your speed and incline to give your workout a little more flair.

To change it up in your workout playlist, you can also rewind time to the 1990s and early 2000s and listen to classic Green Day songs like “American Idiot” and “Holiday.”

To spice things up in your normal routine you can add Ellie Goulding’s “Burn” to your playlist to get you through your sets on the weight machines.

For some motivation while walking into the weight room, Shakira’s “Dare (La La La)” can give you the intensity to challenge your normal workout.

Whether you are working out in your dorm room or running on a treadmill, all these songs can help you stay motivated and determined when getting through your daily workouts. From SKRILLX to Ellie Goulding you can get an array of new tunes to take your playlist from dull to fabulous.
