Two Pirates recieve All-Big East honors

The Big East Conference announced Sunday it annual All-Conference teams.

Senior Jordan Theodore was named to the All-Big East second team while senior Herb Pope was named All-Big East third team.

Theodore averaged 6.7 assists per game ranking him second in the conference along with his 16.2 points per game placing him ninth in the Big East. Theodore also set a new single-season Seton Hall record with 200 assists.

Pope averaged a double-double this past season with 15.3 points and 10.3 rebounds per game placing him 12th and second in the conference respectively. Pope recorded 16 double-doubles on the season.

The Pirates enter the Big East Conference Tournament as the No. 10 seed and will face No. 15 seed Providence College, Tuesday Night at 7 p.m.
