The Dish

Craving pizza? Want something other than the Galleon room's specialty pie of the day? Try the pizza Panini: a quick and easy-to-make option for those pizza-fanatics looking to experiment with tastes and toppings.

Ingredients:

-2 halves of the sub rolls from the "Create Your Own Pizza" station

-Pizza Sauce

-Shredded Cheese

-Pizza toppings of your choice

Start by spreading pizza sauce on both halves of bread. You can put as little or as much as you want. Then add whichever shredded cheese you prefer to your sandwich.

Choose which topics you want. Here is your chance to customize this sandwich to whatever you are in the mood for. Add pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms—or even add them all. Go wild: even add toppings from other stations like spinach, chicken or French fries!

Once your sandwich is assembled, use one of the Panini presses. Spray both sides with baking spray so that your sandwich does not stick. After you assemble your sandwich, place it in the grill for about a minute, or until it is heated through.

Remove your sandwich from the grill, add a Caesar side salad and enjoy your personalized Italian dish.
