SHU graduate in Haiti during quake

Seton Hall 2009 graduate Craig Marcklinger is safe and currently US-bound after experiencing the devastating 7.0 earthquake in Haiti on Tuesday.

Marcklinger was in Cap-Haitien, a city with a population of 180,000 on the north coast of Haiti, when the earthquake hit. He and a group of students were working with the NGO SOIL in Cap-Haitien as part of a graduate class through the University of Miami.
